About us

Just a few kilometres from the city and the beautiful Tuscan coast lies our estate. Tenuta Il Molino is an agriturismo located within the Natural Park of the Livorno Hills, completely surrounded by Mediterranean woodland, as well as by the vineyards and olive groves of our own agricultural estate.

In addition to offering accommodation as an agriturismo, we are also wine and olive oil producers. Guests have the opportunity to visit our winery and take part in wine tastings, discovering our wines and the products of our land.

Our Mission

What we want to offer our guests is a unique experience, a way of life that we ourselves have chosen: feeling deeply connected to nature and being able to completely disconnect from the rush of everyday life.

If you are looking for a different kind of holiday or a romantic getaway, if you love nature and enjoy long walks, if you appreciate good wine and grilled meat, if you are passionate about trekking or mountain biking, or if you are simply searching for peace and relaxation, you are very welcome here. ☺We had a wonderful stay. The owners were exceptionally kind, welcoming and attentive, which made us feel truly at home. The property is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by peace and tranquillity — the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh products, and the wine was simply outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

 9,0Verificata Naturnahe mit mega Gastfreundlichkeit.

☺Die Gastgeber sind super sympathisch und die Zimmer sind super gemütlich.

☹Es sind Kleinigkeiten die es perfekt machen würden, z.B. ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Mega wäre ein Pool in der Anlage, ist aber wahrscheinlich Wege der Lage im Naturschutzgebiet nicht machbar.

 10Verificata Gyönyörű környezet ,csupaszív vendéglátók,nagyon finom ételek és borok.

☺A ház csodás környezetben ,egy natúr parkban található .Nagy szobánk volt ,az ágy  szuper kényelmes,az egész ház(szobák,fürdő,ebédlő) ízlésesen berendezett,ez Giulianna,a háziasszony kezét és ízlését dícséri,nagyon hangulatos és csodaszép minden.Finom reggelit készített minden nap,csodás vendéglátók mindketten a férjével.Gianfranco nagyon kedves,barátságos és segítőkész,mégegyszer nagyon szépen köszönjük a segítségét.Szuper volt az 5 nap amit náluk töltöttünk❤️

☺Frühstück exzellent, überaus freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service.
Giuliana und Gianfranco haben uns wie Freunde empfangen und behandelt. Als wir spät am Abend ankamen, zauberte Gianfranco noch ein köstliches Abendessen. Der Wein aus eigener Produktion ist von hervorragender Qualität!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

 9,0Verificata Sehr nette Gastgeber, wurden auf Wunsch auch einen Abend bekocht mit typisch italienischer Küche.

☺Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Liebe zum Detail.

☹Der Weg dorthin ist nicht so einfach mit Schotterstraße und einigen Schlaglöchern. Auf keinen Fall von Quercianella hochfahren, immer von Livorno.
